Privacy Policy

The short version: we keep things lean, we don't build advertising profiles, and we never sell your information. We do use analytics cookies to understand how the site gets used — and you can opt out at any time. Below is the plain-English detail on what we collect and why.
This policy covers techrescuesd.com (the "site"), operated by Tech Rescue, a division of HD Enterprise LLC ("we," "us"). It explains what information we collect when you visit the site or use the chat assistant, and how we handle it.
What we collect
1. Website analytics
We use two analytics tools to understand how many people visit and which pages are useful:
Cloudflare Web Analytics — privacy-first and cookieless. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not track you across other websites.
Google Analytics 4 — provided by Google. Unlike the above, this one does set cookies on your device (named _ga and _ga_098T83BVSK) so it can tell returning visits from new ones. Google masks IP addresses by default, and we have not enabled advertising or remarketing features — but the data is processed by Google under its own privacy terms.
Between them, these tools collect information such as:
- Pages viewed and how visitors arrived (the referring link)
- General location, at roughly the country/region level
- Browser and device type
- Page load and performance timings
- A random identifier in the Google cookie, used to recognise repeat visits
We look at this data in aggregate — we're interested in totals and trends, not in identifying you personally. If you'd rather not be counted at all, see Your choices below.
2. The chat assistant
The site includes a chat assistant powered by Claude (made by Anthropic). When you send a message in the chat:
- Your message is sent to our service and on to Anthropic's API so the assistant can write a reply.
- We do not save a database of your conversations — the service simply passes your message along to generate a response and returns it to you.
- Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and Anthropic may process and temporarily log requests as part of running and protecting the service.
Please don't share sensitive information in the chat — no passwords, card or bank numbers, government IDs, or confidential details. The assistant is for general questions about our services. To get started, just email us and we'll take it from there.
3. If you email us
When you contact us at techrescue011@gmail.com (including via the "Book a free consult" buttons), we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to reply and to help you with your request.
Cookies
This site sets analytics cookies through Google Analytics (_ga and _ga_098T83BVSK). They record a random identifier so we can tell whether a visit is new or returning, and they expire on their own after about two years.
We do not set advertising cookies, we don't run ad networks on this site, and we don't use these cookies to build a marketing profile of you or follow you around the internet.
You can block or delete these cookies at any time — see Your choices.
Who we share information with
We do not sell or rent your information. We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to run the site:
- Cloudflare — website hosting, security, and privacy-first analytics.
- Google — Google Analytics, which measures site traffic. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Anthropic — the AI that powers the chat assistant.
These providers process data only to deliver their service to us, under their own privacy and security terms. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
Cloudflare analytics are aggregate and retained for a limited window. Google Analytics data is retained by Google on our account's retention setting, and its cookies expire on their own after about two years. Emails you send us are kept as long as needed to help you and for our normal business records. Chat messages are not stored by us in a conversation database.
Your choices
You can browse the site without giving us any personal information, and you don't have to use the chat.
To opt out of Google Analytics, you can do any of the following:
- Install Google's official Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Turn on "Do Not Track" or block third-party scripts in your browser settings — most modern browsers and content blockers stop Google Analytics automatically.
- Clear or block cookies for this site in your browser.
Opting out doesn't change anything about how the site works for you. If you've emailed us and want us to delete your message, just ask and we will. For any privacy question or request, email techrescue011@gmail.com.
Children
This site is meant for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or our tools change. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes will be reflected here.
